ITBP Telecom Constable PET PST Date –

Date of the PET PST – 7 to  9 Feb 

Selection Process-

• Physical Standard Test (PST)

• Merit List
• Detailed Medical Examinatio

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

For Male Candidates

i) 1.6 Kms Race  To be completed within 7.30 Minutes.

ii) Long Jump      11 Feet (03 Chances)

iii) High Jump     3½ Feet (03 Chances)

For Female Candidates

i) 800 Meters Race           To be completed within 4.45 Minutes

ii) Long Jump      9 Feet (03 Chances)

iii) High Jump     3 Feet (03 Chances)

Note: – PET will not be held for Ex-servicemen. However, Ex-servicemen will be required to pass the requisite PST, written test and medical examination.

Written Exam Pattern-

The question paper will be set bilingually in Hindi and English

Question Paper Will be of 100 Marks/ Questions.

The Time Duration of Exam will be 02 Hours (120 Minutes).
