Indian Navy Recruitment 2019 – Apply Online for 102 Commission Officer Posts

Indian Navy has given a notification for the recruitment of Permanent Commission Officers in Executive Branch (Naval Armament Inspectorate Cadre) & Short Commission Officers in Executive Branch (General Service/ Hydro Cadre)/ Technical Branch (General Service) – Jan 2020 Course. Indian Navy has started online application process for 102 sail recruitment. Unmarried male candidates, who meet the eligibility criteria set by the Government of India, are allowed to apply for these posts. Recruitment will be done in three categories; Senior Secondary Recruitment (SSR), Artificial Apprentice (AA) and Matriculation Recruitment (MR). According to a notification issued by the Indian Navy, the selection process will be based on the merit and interview. Which will be organized in April-July. Candidates who have passed Engineering degree or are in the last year of engineering courses from any AICTE accredited educational institution with 60% marks in the regular / integrated courses from 5th / 7th semester Applying for Indian Navy.

Selection process –

• Shortlisted candidates will be called for SSB interviews based on percentage of marks obtained in BE/B.Tech degree.

• SSB interview will be conducted in two Stages. Stage I test consisting of Intelligence Test, Picture Perception and Discussion test will be conducted on the first day of arrival at SSB. Candidates who fail to qualify in Stage I will be routed back on the same day.

• Stage II tests comprising of Psychological testing, Group testing and Interview will last for 04 days. Successful candidates will thereafter undergo Medical Examination (approx duration 03-05 days).
